Oversee the Entire Operations of the cinema and ensure the smooth functioning of all the departments in accordance with the Guidelines or Standard Operations Procedures (SOP) layout by the Management.
☑️Eligibility :
1. Degree /Post Graduate /MBA.
2. Minimum 5 years of experience in service industry.
3. Experience in marketing research, reporting, and analytics
4. Experience from F& B is preferred.
☑️ESSENTIALS OF THE ROLE :
1. This profile shall be responsible for the overall performance of the property.
2. Shall monitor overall customer satisfaction of the Cinema.
3. Assist in developing new operations procedures and policies to improve operations standards .
